Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Workflow Solutions Engineer to design, validate, and support end-to-end production workflows for HP PageWide Web Press solutions. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and customers to deploy scalable workflows from PDF intake to finished output.

You will work across software, print production, and customer operations, ensuring reliable automation, troubleshooting complex issues, and guiding deployments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, integrating, or supporting software systems in an industrial or production environment.
• Practical knowledge of PDF preparation for print, including imposition and preflight.
• Familiarity with workflow automation concepts, APIs, and system-to-system integration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows for PageWide Web Press production from job submission through finishing.
• Configure and validate workflow elements including job intake, PDF processing, imposition, and routing.
• Support workflow integration for nearline, offline, and hybrid finishing configurations with finishing teams.
• Serve as primary technical interface between customer-facing support and product development for workflow topics.
• Document workflow architectures, configurations, and known limitations for reuse and transfer.
