Job summary

Mouratoglou is seeking a Lead Padel Coach to head the club's padel program, coaching team, and junior/high-performance pathways in Malden, MA. You will implement the Mouratoglou methodology on court, oversee scheduling and development, and drive player progression across all programs.

You will design clinics, leagues, and academies, set standards for coaching quality, manage tournaments, and act as the primary liaison for players and families while advancing the organisation's values.

Qualifications

• Padel coaching certificate or equivalent
• Proven experience coaching padel at all levels from beginner to high performance
• Experience leading or organising a coaching team
• Active involvement in competitive padel with solid results
• Strong organisational skills and program/tournament management
• Leadership with ability to build relationships with players, parents and staff
• Strong commercial mindset and results orientation
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus

Profile

• Padel coaching certificate
• Solid experience in coaching padel at all levels, from beginners to high performance
• Previous experience leading or organising a coaching team
• Current or past level of competition in padel, ideally with good sporting results
• Strong organisational skills and experience running programs and tournaments
• Leadership, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with players, parents and staff
• Strong commercial understanding and results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage (Spanish is a strong plus)
