Duties & Responsibilities

• Checks that sizes and quantities match CD/PDF and Job Ticket
• Obtains required supplies to produce the job
• Sets up and checks press to make sure job requirements are met
• Checks the registration, ink viscosity, and color match the CD/PDF
• Prints the job while maintaining optimum production speed and making press adjustments, as needed, to maintain print quality, registration, and color
• Follows the company policies, procedures, safety instructions, and applicable laws
• Maintains a clean workstation and press area

Experience & Education

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
• Combination of education and experience
• Good judgement of color, design, and print quality

Skills

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
• Able to write simple correspondences
