Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Arterial Account Manager in the United States with autonomy to drive growth in PAD across Artix and LimFlow portfolios. You will partner with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, and leadership to develop, launch, and scale PAD programs within assigned accounts.

The role requires extensive travel (70-80%), remote/flexible work options, and a strong track record in medical device sales with quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
• Maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials.
• Demonstrate consistent quota attainment.
• Great communication skills Able to travel extensively, including overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 70- 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI populations.
• Build and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholder alignment, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence, therapy education, and program-building initiatives.
• Consistently create demand, expand access, and grow long-term franchise value for Artix and LimFlow.
• Execute coordinated plans and account strategies with VTE Account Managers, leveraging shared targets, aligned messaging, and real-time field insights to drive measurable growth revenue.
