Stryker is seeking an Arterial Account Manager for field-based sales across Peripheral Arterial Disease portfolios (Artix and LimFlow). You will drive growth with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, and leadership, shaping PAD programs within assigned accounts.

Identify growth opportunities, build cross-functional alignment, educate on clinical and financial benefits, and lead adoption initiatives to expand access and revenue. Extensive travel and a strong track record are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field or 6 years of sales experience.
• 4+ years in peripheral vascular arterial sales or medical devices.
• Maintain all certifications and vendor credentials.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% with overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI populations.
• Build and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholder alignment, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence, therapy education, and program-building initiatives.
• Grow long-term franchise value for Artix and LimFlow by expanding access and revenue.
• Present clinical/financial benefits to physicians and administration customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Sr. Medical Education to support training needs.
