Stryker Corporation is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to drive growth in Peripheral Arterial Disease and LimFlow programs. You will work autonomously with interventionalists and surgeons, developing and scaling PAD initiatives across assigned accounts.

You will lead clinical education, build multi-disciplinary support, and present the clinical and financial benefits of Artix and LimFlow to key stakeholders while traveling 70–80% to client facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of proven sales success.
• Minimum 4 years in peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical devices.
• Maintain certifications and vendor credentials.
• Demonstrate consistent quota attainment.
• Excellent communication skills and client engagement.
• Ability to travel extensively (70–80%).

• Identify new growth opportunities in PAD and CLTI.
• Influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders including physicians and hospital leadership.
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence and education.
• Expand access and grow long-term franchise value for Artix and LimFlow.
• Execute coordinated plans with Account Managers and shared targets.
• Present clinical/financial benefits to physicians and administration.
• Collect feedback for Product Development and Marketing.
• Represent the company at trade shows and meetings.
• Coordinate with leadership on new hire/account manager assignments.
• Provide training content for in-house and field teams.
