TotalMed RN in Winchester, Kentucky is seeking a Travel RN for PACU - Post Anesthesia Care. The candidate will handle post-anesthesia recovery, monitor patients, and coordinate care across the perioperative period.

This 13-week travel assignment requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and active ACLS/BLS certification. The role includes 40 hours per week, dayshift, 8-hour blocks, with travel RN benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• PACU RN experience preferred.
• Travel assignment duration is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report changes to the physician.
• Assist with safe transfer of patients to post-operative units or rooms.
