Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN for PACU in Hyannis, MA. The RN will assist in recovering patients from anesthesia and monitor patients as they wake post-surgery, with shifts in the PACU setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Expect 18 months of PACU experience and travel logistics handled by the agency.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
