Qualifications

• Active RN license with privileges to practice in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed based on specialty.
• BSN preferred to support professional development and evidence-based care.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
