You’ll provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate nursing processes, and uphold high standards of safety and patient experience across the continuum. The role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and leadership within a fast-paced post-operative setting serving Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery patients.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication to lead efforts for the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
