Job summary

Sanford Health’s Broadway PACU in Fargo, ND is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for weekend shifts (0800-2000, Saturdays and Sundays). You will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, plan and implement patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in the practice state, and be prepared to meet department competencies and participate in ongoing education and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure may apply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current required certifications and competencies for department.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and plan care for patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and inter-professional team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Triage and provide nursing interventions as needed.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
