Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a PACU RN for a 13-week assignment in California. CA RN license and at least 2 years in a recovery room are required, along with BLS/ACLS/PALS and Epic EMR experience.

The role features day shifts, a 4x10 schedule (9:00 AM–7:30 PM), and a fixed Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri pattern with no weekend work. Qualified candidates should expect travel/local rate within a 50-mile radius and be prepared for quick lab work and references.

Qualifications

Active CA RN license required.
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or ARC only).
Minimum 2 years of recovery room experience required.
Epic EMR experience required.
2 supervisor references obtained within the past year.

Responsibilities

Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) of a hospital setting.
Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Fixed schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with no weekends required.
Provide recovery room nursing care to post-anesthesia patients.
Laboratory work and rapid responses as needed during contract.
Ensure compliance with travel/contract rules and holiday coverage as defined.
