TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. The role requires ACLS, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience. Start date 10/05/2026, 13 weeks, 36 hours weekly, 12-hour days. Immediate opening with travel status.

As a PACU RN you will monitor post-anesthesia patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with the physician for changes in condition. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and care for post-op patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to physician.
• Determine when patients are ready to move to a room.
