Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a travel nursing agency, seeks a PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Denver, CO. The position requires 18 months of Acute Care PACU experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with a 12-hour day shift totaling 36 hours per week.

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting

Responsibilities

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) RN will assist in recovering patients from anesthesia and monitor waking patients until discharge or transfer.
• Provide care for postoperative patients including general, regional, and local anesthesia recovery; administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and reassessment.
