Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
• CPI certification within three months of hire for specified units.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare team by establishing an authentic relationship with patient and support system.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
