Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Same Day Services – PACU. This full-time position offers four 10-hour shifts from 8:30am to 7:00pm with call responsibilities, in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary setting in Washington state.

The RN will provide peri-anesthetic care for a varied surgical/outpatient population, collaborating with the team to ensure safe, high-quality care and aligning with hospital policies and state scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Maintain RN licensure in good standing in WA.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS required at time of hire.
• Experience with peri-anesthetic care and diverse surgical/outpatient populations.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize nursing care for safe, effective patient care.
• Formulate and update patient care plans based on assessments.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients and colleagues.
• Promote a safe, positive work environment and participate in quality initiatives.
