BayCare Health System is seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join the PACU team at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital. The RN will independently care for patients, delegate tasks to the care team, and maintain professional accountability in a fast-paced post-anesthesia care setting.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
