Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a Pre-op/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team, providing high-quality pre-op and PACU care.

You will collaborate with the surgical care team to deliver exceptional patient care, demonstrate strong communication, prioritize, organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

We seek licensed RNs in Indiana with strong interpersonal skills and self-direction; NLN/CCNE/ACEN accredited education or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Indiana per the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication; ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task
• Able to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivated

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-op and PACU care as part of a professional surgical team
• Collaborate with all members of the surgical care team to deliver exceptional care and compassion
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal communication and professional skills
