Job summary

Surgery Partners in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Recovery Room (PACU) to deliver comprehensive post-anesthesia care in a same-day surgery setting.

The RN will monitor recovery, administer medications, document care, discharge patients per policy, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure patient safety. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in post-anesthesia or recovery room care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive RN care in the recovery room per physician orders.
• Monitor patient recovery and document accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Discharge post-operative patients according to facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
