Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois (active and unencumbered).
• 1 year PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer prescribed meds and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams for smooth transitions.
• Educate patients/families on post-operative care and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital policy.
