Job summary

The CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure high-quality outcomes, following established protocols and orders.

This role involves diverse units and requires strong assessment, medication administration, patient education, and adherence to infection control standards to safeguard patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state; BCLS required.
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and documentation.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-support activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
