Job summary

• Initiates and implements patient care plan.
• Makes nursing assignments appropriate to the skill level of employees.
• Maintains acceptable standards of patient care.

• Administers medications and IV solutions skillfully and correctly.
• Maintains the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting.
