Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Main PACU in Clear Lake, TX, for a 13-week contract. The role involves post-anesthesia patient care, monitoring vitals, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with ACLS and BLS, with PALS preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and travel support through ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with an active license in the state.
• ACLS certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• PALS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures in the PACU.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on recovery protocols and discharge plans.
