Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Manages patient assessment, education, triage and coordination of care across all phases of the care continuum.
