Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in PA, DE, and NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-specific, culturally competent care within standards of practice.
• Assesses pre-surgical status and adherence to criteria per guidelines.
• Assesses postoperative status at intervals per policy.
• Monitors patient status using noninvasive and invasive monitors.
• Implements perianesthesia plan of care and manages recovery from anesthesia.
• Communicates patient status across the perioperative continuum and educates patients/families.
