Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced OR nurse for the Operating Room in Delaware. This 30-hour biweekly position (1845-0715) includes weekend, call and holiday requirements and responsibilities in delivering safe, patient-family centered perioperative care.

The RN will collaborate with Nemours Surgery Centers in Malvern, PA and Deptford, NJ to optimize resources and outcomes, while maintaining licensure and advancing professional practice through BLS, PALS, and ACLS as required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; if Associate's degree, willing to pursue BSN within three years.
• Active Delaware or compact RN license required.
• BLS required; PALS within six months; ACLS within one year.
• Must pursue NJ and PA licenses if not covered by a compact license within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with Nemours Surgery Centers to optimize resources and achieve optimal outcomes.
