Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Delaware seeks an experienced perioperative RN for the operating room. The role is 30 hours in 2 weeks, 1845-0715, with weekend, call and holiday requirements.

You will deliver safe, family-centered care in the OR and collaborate across Nemours Children’s Health sites to optimize resources and patient outcomes. The position requires active Delaware or compact RN license, BLS; PALS within six months and ACLS within one year.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware or compact RN license required.
• BSN preferred; if Associate's degree then willing to pursue BSN within 3 years.
• Current American Heart Association BLS required; PALS within 6 months; ACLS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, patient-family centered care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with Nemours Children’s Health, Surgery Center teams to optimize resources and outcomes.
• Provide perioperative nursing care across patient populations in the OR.
