Job summary

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the PACU unit. This part‑time day position features 9‑hour shifts (1130am–930pm) with on‑call every tenth weekend, 3–5 calls per month.

The RN will apply nursing processes and standards to provide safe patient care in a busy perioperative setting. Qualified candidates hold an RN license with either an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Master’s degree in Nursing, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Nursing process knowledge including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care following nursing process and standards of practice.
