Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU at our McKinley Campus (Out-Patient Center). The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Florida (or multi-state), have BLS and ACLS, and bring strong IV skills with 3 years of procedural experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, patient education, and contributing to evidence-based practice. Salary ranges posted and subject to location and experience.

Qualifications

• RN required with Florida RN licensure or multi-state privilege.
• BLS and ACLS required at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; associate degree acceptable with experience.

Responsabilités

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care of cancer patients and families.
• Identifies and provides patient education based on learning needs.
• Participates in evidence-based improvement activities.
• Participates in professional development per standards and requirements.

Connaissances

Strong IV skills

3 years of Procedural experience

Master’s Degree

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing

Associate’s degree in Nursing plus 1 year of relevant experience

Registered Nurse licensure (FL or multi-state)

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
