Job summary

Hartford Hospital in Hebron is offering an exciting opportunity for a PACU RN to join the new Bliss Building PACU team. The position involves recovering patients from anesthesia and providing 24/7 post-operative care in a 10 bay unit.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Connecticut RN License and possess BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience in PACU or ICU is preferred, and a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school with BSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• PACU and/or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recover patients from general and regional anesthesia.
• Provide post-operative care in a 10 bay PACU unit.
• Teamwork and collaboration with all disciplines.
