Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Bliss Building PACU is hiring an RN to join a brand new 10‑bay PACU unit providing 24/7 post‑operative care to patients across surgical services. The PACU RN will recover patients from general and regional anesthesia, IV and conscious sedation, requiring acute and ICU‑level care, with emphasis on teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.

This role requires Connecticut RN license, BLS/ACLS, and preferred PACU/ICU experience; training available for step‑down and ED RN.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License is required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• PACU/ICU experience is preferred.
• Training for step‑down and Emergency Department RN is available and required.
