Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS required or Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in PACU, ICU or ED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while applying evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams and an interdisciplinary group.
• Consistently apply nursing process, critical thinking, and leadership to deliver safe care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor changes, and document care provided thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures.
