Qualifications

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 4 months.
• Texas RN license; obtain permanent license within 60 days if establishing residency.
• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and conduct assessments.
• Assist with exams and treatment; maintain medical records.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and care team.
• Demonstrate leadership as charge nurse or preceptor when needed.
