Qualifications

• Must be an RN with active Florida license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certificates required within the specified timelines.
• Experience in PACU or post-anesthesia care preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while applying evidence-based practices.
• Be an integral member of an interdisciplinary team with physicians, therapy, and more.
• Independently deliver safe nursing care using the nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Assess patient condition, monitor changes, and document thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up measures.
