Staff Today Inc. is seeking a dedicated PACU Registered Nurse in Torrance, CA to deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Candidates must hold a CA license and have PACU experience in a Level I trauma environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CA license in good standing.
• 1+ year PACU nursing experience in a Level I Trauma setting.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required; MAB or CPI may be preferred.
• LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to start date.
• PSV verification and current immunization/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level post-anesthesia care for post-procedural patients.
• Monitor vital signs, manage PACU complications, administer meds.
• Educate patients and families about recovery and care needs.
• Adhere to PACU protocols and patient safety standards.
