Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in Fort Worth, TX to provide immediate post-operative care, monitor patients, and collaborate with surgical teams. Candidates should have an ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license with BLS/ACLS. One year of PACU/ICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year in PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and follow treatment plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth patient transitions.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, wound care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital policies.
