Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license or valid multi-state license.
• 2 years minimum in OR, PACU, critical care or Same Day surgery.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• CNOR or CPAN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• PACU care for patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor vitals and manage postoperative symptoms (PONV, pain).
• Assess surgical sites for bleeding, swelling or discharge.
• Coordinate post‑anesthesia care with the surgical team and families.
