Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Must hold current Texas RN license.
• BL S certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS, PALS required within stated timeframes.
• Trauma certifications TNCC/ATLS/TCAR within 1 year of hire.
• PACU/ICU/ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery goals.
• Document care activities and ensure compliance with Texas RN standards.
