Job summary

Qualifications

• GA RN licensure required; ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required or to be obtained.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care as RN.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Document and coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Engage in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
