Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for the PACU to support post-anesthesia care across varied patient ages and surgical types. The role emphasizes assessment, monitoring, and pain management in the recovery phase.

Responsibilities include pre/post-operative care, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to float between facilities and weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN PACU experience.
• Valid State License required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to PACU patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Monitor, assess, and manage pain in post-anesthesia recovery.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative care; document in electronic health record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; float between facilities as needed.
• Possibly work weekends and holidays based on scheduling.
