AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to support geriatric through pediatric patients. You will monitor patients, interpret data, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, continuous post-operative recovery.

Responsibilities

Participates in direct patient care across age groups and evaluates nursing care plans.
Assesses post-operative changes and communicates with caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Manages and interprets patient monitoring devices in PACU.
Documents using the nursing process to deliver cost-efficient patient care.
Contributes to unit policy reviews and performance improvement goals.
Maintains infection control and safe patient environments.
Assists with equipment care and unit supplies.
