Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health’s The Jewish Hospital is seeking an RN for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care. You’ll assess patients, coordinate with the surgical team, and implement care plans from pre- to post-operative care.

The role requires an active RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and favorable collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. CNOR is preferred but not required, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Ohio.
• BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred or to be obtained within 6 months per department needs.
• Two years of RN experience in a critical care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to PACU patients.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
