Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a PACU RN for NEBH’s Ambulatory Surgery Center, a high‑volume outpatient facility focused on safety, efficiency and exceptional patient experience. You will provide perioperative care, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance throughout the patient journey.

The role requires a BSN, MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, and PACU experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required and Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PACU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care while exercising sound clinical judgment throughout the surgical experience.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care per NEBH standards and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient identification protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor responses.
