Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King's Daughters for Riverspan, seeks experienced PACU nurses for flexible travel assignments across the United States. Clinicians will be onboarded by Ingenovis Health, with day-to-day scheduling handled by the UK King’s Daughters staff.

The role emphasizes recovery room care, monitoring vitals, and ensuring patient safety post-anesthesia, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in PACU or recovery care.
• Active nursing license in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional certifications may be required by facility.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
