Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Full-Time PACU RN at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter in Colorado. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, service-oriented care and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The PACU RN will provide continuity and quality care, assist physicians, and work towards efficient patient discharge. Required qualifications include a graduate of an accredited RN school, active RN license, and relevant certifications.

The position offers a pay range of $40.00/hr to $44.00/hr, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in Colorado.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center.
• 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with various tasks.
• Provide thorough post-anesthesia care for patients.

Job description

Shore Outpatient Surgicenter – Full Time PACU RN

We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient’s condition, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. The RN may assist physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation and utilization of sterile techniques as appropriate. The RN will provide thorough post‑anesthesia care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family to prepare for discharge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center
• 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range

$40.00/hr – $44.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
