Qualifications

• RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Education: nursing degree (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at minimum; onboarding may require ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS or other unit-specific certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and disciplines.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and document care.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and professional accountability.
