Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN License issued by the State of California.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certification at time of hire with commitment to get ART within six months.
• PALS (must be obtained within 6 months).
• Minimum of 2 years PACU experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Charge Nurse experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to surgical patients in PACU and float to ECT.
• Practice autonomously within ANA standards and professional performance.
• Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
