Job summary

Larkin Community Hospital, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PACU team in South Miami, FL. The RN will provide specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold an FL RN license with ASN or BSN, BLS, and ACLS. The role requires excellent clinical judgment and communication, with on-call/shift requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida RN license.
• ASN or BSN degree.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per orders and policies.
• Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia and surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards.
