Job summary

Essentia Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Brainerd/Baxter, Minnesota to lead patient care, delegate tasks, and support the facility’s mission. The role requires a BSN/ADN and MN licensure with at least three years of RN experience, PACU experience preferred, and BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications within specified timeframes.

The position offers varied shifts, 56 hours per pay period, day/evening rotations, and a 0.7 FTE with potential remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Three years RN experience; PACU RN experience preferred.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: Organize and deliver comprehensive care across all phases of the patient care process.
• Guide and Delegate: Delegate care tasks based on licensure and role specifications.
