Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse RN in the PACU to provide safe, competent postoperative care in line with facility policies and patient-centered care philosophy.

You will lead the healthcare team, maintain service-excellence standards, and collaborate with physicians and staff. Full-time days, PACU unit, with Florida licensure required and ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as specified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Florida nursing license or Compact State license.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Prefer 1 year of acute care experience; 3 years for part-time varies by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Delivers safe, competent nursing care in accordance with policies and patient-centered care philosophy.
